Advanced Apply - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Advanced Apply platform and Chrome Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Advanced Apply provides an AI-driven automation suite designed to generate application assets based on user-provided data and targeted job descriptions.

2. Digital Assets, Tokens & Delivery

Advanced Apply operates on a "Token Economy." Tokens are digital consumables used to trigger AI generation events.

• Delivery: Upon successful payment processing, digital tokens are credited to your account ledger immediately and automatically.
• One (1) token is deducted for each tailored Resume & Cover Letter generation request, and three (3) tokens are deducted for each comprehensive Interview Preparation Dossier.
• Tokens have no real-world monetary value outside of the Advanced Apply ecosystem and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency.

3. Purchases, Payment Processing & Refunds

All payments on Advanced Apply are processed securely via Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). Advanced Apply does not store or process raw payment card numbers on our servers.

• Non-Refundable Consumables: Because tokens grant immediate access to compute resources and downloadable digital goods, purchases are non-refundable once the transaction is complete and tokens are deposited into your account ledger.
• Exceptions & Billing Support: If a technical error occurs where you are billed but tokens are not credited to your account, or if an automated generation fails without an automatic token refund, please contact us at admin@advancedapply.ai for immediate ledger synchronization or refund resolution.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Advanced Apply platform. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

• Attempting to bypass, exploit, or manipulate the token ledger or Chrome Extension extraction logic.
• Utilizing the service to generate malicious, harmful, or legally compromised documents.
• Automating or scripting requests against our backend APIs outside of the provided extension interfaces.

5. Service Availability & Limitations

The Advanced Apply platform relies on complex downstream architectures, including third-party Large Language Models (LLMs). The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by upstream API failures.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
